Zinc you can buy from any pharmacy.
The HCQ you can buy from online pharmacies with their own online doctors if your doctor won't prescribe it for you. There are quite a few threads (with links) on that here at FR. As usual, you have to talk to your doctor first.
For me, it was a no brainier. I've been taking HCQ to treat malaria for a very long time.

You can also use quecertine, which is another zinc ionofore like HQC. Both carry zinc across the cell membrane.

If you develop symptoms and don’t want to wait for your PCR test to return results you can go to the speakwithanmd.com website and see if they will connect you with a pharmacy that can supply HCQ. An alternative might be to go to Walmart online and order the Zinc + Quercetin capsules as a backup plan. HCQ and Quercetin are known as ionophores and create chemical channels in body cells that allow the Zinc ions to pass into the cell in a higher concentration. It is actually the zinc that does the work on the virus based on Dr. Vladmi Zelinky’s research and successful treating of hundreds of high risk patients with COVID-19 symptom.

If you are not in a high risk group you can probably just quarantine and wait for it to go away on its own rather than bother with HCQ or Quercetin and Zinc.
