The University angle had not crossed my mind. I was thinking the exact thing about the nursing homes. Very interesting about the campuses. Not to mention how many students chose not to even go this year.
This doesn't mean that the DemocRats will be deterred from harvesting votes in nursing homes. When have laws and rules mattered to these people?
