Amazing that these people plan such things for decades in advance. And I’m SURE that if there was a plan involving 0, there were multiple backup plans. I wonder how many others similar to 0 are still out there. I wonder how many 0-like people didn’t work out. Did any of them turn against their handlers? Were any of them dropped from consideration because they weren’t suitable?
Another thing that is interesting to contemplate is that of all the people they might have had to pick from that 0 was the best option. I’d hate to imagine how stupid and incompetent the remaining options were.
