Good find Bitt-it helps but I still have questions in case anyone else knows the answer:
Classified Docs are property of originating agency-doesn’t that mean that all of the FBI, CIA, DOJ, and other Intel Agencies Reports can be declassed by POTUS-don’t they all report to POTUS?
So the initial data before disclosed to Congress should still be available in some form for that Agency to disclose as the originator.
