Illinois teen Kyle Rittenhouse charged in fatal shooting of two Kenosha protesters
A 17-year-old Illinois man has been charged in the shooting death of two protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, late Tuesday, according to a report.
Kyle Rittenhouse has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Molly Beck posted on Twitter Wednesday.
He was part of the group of armed men at the scene. We have been identifying them as a local militia group. Rittenhouse hails from Antioch, Illinois about 12 miles away across state lines.

You sound like a mayor of a blue city.
When I see a 17-year-old ACT like a man, I'll call him one. The vast majority of the 17-year-old males I've encountered in recent years seem to think growing upper-lip peach fuzz and having a nocturnal emission qualifies him as a "man". (Please pardon the vulgarity.)
But you might cross international borders to travel to a war zone with an M4.
If you don't have a problem with that why do you have a problem with a young man exercising his rights and trying to prevent further damage and looting?
Do you have a problem with police or FBI agents crossing state lines?
That was what Andrew Breitbart always said. The media is the enemy. They are propagandists through and through.
Does anyone know of a legal defense fund yet?
What gun charge it is legal for a 17yoa to process a firearm in Wis.
Open carry is legal in Wis.
It is not illegal to transport one across stater lines.
so please explan
Video is pretty clear, self defense. Even the guy raising his hands, he was still holding the gun. The kid had reason to fear for his life.
I doubt he will ever be a cop, even if 100% exonerated. Apparently he wanted to become a cop.
Video of the first incident is out there as well.
He killed two enemy combatant terrorists. He IS a hero, and if I were on the jury, outside of some outlandish evidence to the contrary, he would be judged innocent.
People need to stand up to these thugs. The government isn’t doing it, so the people need to.
Very much. the kid was running away, TWICE, when he was either cornered or run down. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3877924/posts
Skateboards are a favorite weapon for white anarchist rioters, and also provide mobility. They are perfect for breaking store windows too.
Skateboards
I've almost made them respectable
You see I can't always get through to you
So I go for your son

Yeah, that Audie Murphy! What a whacko!
Some people hear the call to action. I think he might deserve the Medal of Freedom.
I wish him the best, and hope some of the cops can come to his defense, if they’re not too busy.
All of this defies logic. Makes absolutely no sense.
> He lives 12 miles from Kenosha, that makes him a local. <
I dont know about that. So Ill play the devils advocate here. Lets say there is unrest in my town. And Im standing in my front yard with a rifle. Or maybe Im standing at the end of my street with a rifle. I think most folks would say that my intentions were honorable.
But now lets say I go to some other town 12 miles away and stand in the street with my rifle. Yes, I have every right to do that. Wisconsin is an open carry state. But are my intentions still as honorable?
Side note: Before anyone yells at me too much, please understand that Im not talking about how I might see it. Im talking about how a jury might see it.
Those are the pursuers he shot.
The first one he shot was the lead pursuer of the mob that was after him, when he was running from them.
He was clearly fleeing, probably fearing for his life, after seeing the Portland video.
There are photos and video. And lots of them. Whether he was “supposed” to be there or not, it was self defense.
The man holding the pistol is lucky he was not killed. The young man shot him in the way liberals think police should shoot armed individuals.
12 miles from his house.
The other dude had a Glock in his right hand. When he turned to point it, Kyle made a perfect shot defending himself.
