To each their own choice of food-but if anyone is wondering why there are people in cities who have mooo-ved from needing to lose 10 lbs to being a major fatass during the scamdemic-just look at the crap they’ve eaten rather than cook their own food fresh.

I grew up in a pizza-less remote area in the middle of nowhere where I grew up-no pizza nearby until I went to college in the city-pizza and beer was what guys considered a proper date to take a girl on, if you really liked her-much better than a burger place but not too much more expensive. Even then, I got a fork, ate the toppings off the pizza and left the crust-I grew up eating organic paleo style-I still don’t like starchy stuff like bread or dough on/with my food. If you get rid of the crust, pizza is actually pretty good food-plenty of protein, not too many carbs-the crust is the carb nightmare...
One of the best things about working from home, is now I take a 20-30 minute walk every 2-3 hours, so I easily can walk 6-7 miles a day.
That’s true, the few times that I have gone out for pizza with the family, I basically just scooped the toppings off of the crust, and it was just fine.
