So there is a lawyer involved now. Are they going to sue the funeral home for not embalming their daughter?I think the funeral home should get a cut of the action when she sues the EMS (yeah, good luck with that).

The lady has CP. Not sure if that has anything to do with their not being able to tell that she was alive or not.
