So there is a lawyer involved now. Are they going to sue the funeral home for not embalming their daughter?+ is suppose they could and get a lot of money from it as well as having the daughter back.
I don’t think that is who they are suing.
I think the funeral home should get a cut of the action when she sues the EMS (yeah, good luck with that).
