The only way Washington State gets away with all Mail-in elections is the signature validation process. The outside envelope has to have your signature and date on it. That is matched up by a scanner that compares it to the one on file in the voter database. If the states cannot have a database with all of the signatures by a predesignated time before the election, they cannot be certified for all mail-in elections. Only voters who have submitted their signature would be sent a ballot.
Nationwide mail-in voting ensures chaos and massive fraud. That’s what the rioting anarchists and marxists want, and the democrat party is delivering.
