Underground churches we know firsthand inside China pat no attention to liturgical calendars or holidays, never found in Scripture. It seems that the religion authorities in China tend to look to liturgical worship as the indicator of Christianity, so they watch those dates for large(r) gatherings.

Underground churches that use the Bible as their authority instead of man-concocted religious observances seem to remain somewhat safer. Not entirely, of course, but they keep better cover.

Chinese Communist Party engineered a biowarfare agent and released it to the world. Like most products of the Communist system it was of low quality and didn’t kill the millions that they had expected. The response of the west was that CCP was attacking us with a bio weapon as we shut down our economy to arrest the spread of the bio weapon. CCP then changed its approach and is now using the pretext of a pandemic which is justified by how the rest of the world is reacting to obtain DNA samples from all of their citizens. Question: how does obtaining a sample of a virus from the nasal mucosa differ from obtaining a DNA sample? Answer: you could not tell the difference if it were happening to you.
