That's for sure! (And, like other things sold on street corners, not all breast milk is equal or safe, and, if my understanding is correct, some breast milk can actually "pass on strains of pathogens known to cause other diseases in humans".)
Your post also triggered another thought in me. When I was a little kid, we'd sometimes go to a professional baseball game (back when that was still a good thing to do), and there would be guys walking through the crowd, yelling, "Cold beer here!" Can you imagine what those poor mothers might be yelling, when hawking their expressed milk? I can think of a couple possibilities at least (which I won't specify here). :-)
