I was thinking insurance fraud. She is supremely incompetent. Other than the fact that she almost kilt her arse, she did it in broad daylight, with someone in the apartment across the way taping the whole thing, and didn't think to remove the gas can and other evidence until after she lit the thing off. Sheesh. Jail might be the only place she's safe.
