Well ... Comey's intense smugness through all of this has to be because he was taking his orders direct from President Zero.

That's why he ignored and shined on Yates and LL, and why he repeatedly broke the law. He assumed he was protected!

Needless to say, they never thought she would lose.

I see Comey as someone who would flip on Zero because he (Comey) felt betrayed or at least that his "Deal" of safety was never supposed to have been breached.

I don’t think he has the character to fall on his sword for anyone-and most especially not someone so undeserving as Obolo.
