Define bust a target and who judges

"Bust a target" = Make 'em stop posting in shame or after Mods take action on ABUSE reports.

"Who judges"...don't need judges, we all work on the honor system here.

Ha Ha. They have no shame. Mods could be slow to act.

So if there is a disagreement and no Judge, we flip a coin and use the honor system to determine the winner of the flip?
