Where is this? How can you be starving when you got food stamps, welfare, plus unemployment not to mention local food drives? I was homeless for a year without a job in the 1980s and would find restaurants with all this extra food they would give me rather than throw out, there is food EVERYWHERE unless you live in some remote area in the Adirondacks. This is the USA, not North Korea although I can see Democrats are trying their utmost to make it like North Korea
