What about DoorDash and Uber Eats?

The Judge's decision applies to Uber and Lyft. Uber Eats and PostMates are part of Uber, so they fall under this order. Clearly DoorDash, Instacart and others now fall under this law, but they will likely ignore it until they are forced to comply.
There is a ballot measure in November to exempt them, so we will see if the voters really want to shut them down.
