I still miss the old Netscape 4.X browser. Best one I ever used.

I tried that once. Didn’t like how it performed or looked.

Same here. Plus, I find the FF LockWise password keeper to be pretty good.

I can remember when Al Gore invented the Internet and this was the only browser available.
Worked pretty good back then.

Silly man. He thought Anthony Kennedy would actually allow a democratic vote to decide the issue.

That’s too bad I like Firefox.

Edge is in a race against Internet Explorer. Microsoft will hijack your IE experience and force you over to Edge.
Most recently I saw them claiming that Youtube won’t run on IE but it will run on Edge.

I want to completely go to Brave, but I can't get
cynwoody's Freerepublic Tree Viewer to work on Brave (which is supposed to be like Chrome.. but I still can't get it working). I can only get it working on FF, unfortunately (not going to use chrome).

Chromium Edge is completely rebuilt on a different platform. It makes sense that IE is going away, and it should. IE’s been a thorn in the sides of developers for over a decade. I have customers who are happy to get rid of it if for no other reason than to force admins to update their ancient apps.

Hey, my mom knew the father of one of the coding geeks that designed the original Netscape Navigator. I still know of a couple places you can download it. Won’t run on anything more advanced than XP, and it can’t handle graphics for beans if a page even loads at all, but it’s still haunting the Internet Graveyard of Dead Apps. Mom said she wishes she’d have had the money at the time to buy stock during the IPO. We’d have been rolling in dough.

I’d like to go back to the DOS days, where only 1 person out of 100 knew how to do anything but turn the computer on..
Made things a lot simpler then ;)
(or even back pre-DOS, but DOS was more fun)

Those who even know what TabMixPlus enabled know some of what I am speaking of. I miss that awesome extension.
Especially enabling multi-tab rows and also the width. Combined with Colorful Tabs, and you could get this, by the grace of God:
However, there is some coding work-around to enable multi-tab rows on Firefox, which works (I think i have what this provides) on the Quantum 79 portable that I use along with Firefox ESR 59. and other browsers and profiles. Thank God for such tools and those that code and supply them.
