And I’m not such a topping snob that I won’t go for one with the right veggies on it. 75% of the quality is in the sauce, the dough, and the means of baking, anyway (try wood-smoked and/or hearth baked.)

And, IMO, even non-Italian products are excellent.
Plenty of Pepperoni in Packages at store, if you must have you can add to your pie, add as much as you want. It’s a NO-NO for my ruined GI tract.
