I’ve never agreed that it’s a “crime” to delete your own data, or shred your own documents. Whatever happened to the 5th Amendment?

Ive never agreed that its a crime to delete your own data, or shred your own documents. If its a government phone/computer used in her official capacity, its bound by strict usage and archiving rules.
