If we still had the “Fairness Doctrine”, never fair, with opposing viewpoints being aired at times when no one was watching, we wouldn’t have Rush Limbaugh, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, or indeed Fox News at all.

Actually only Rush would be effected. FCC rules have nothing to do with cable. And even with Rush, if the stations had a lib show on they be fine. The rule only says both sides must be presented. Nothing about time. Doesn’t even have to be in the same show. Actually Rush could functionally market 2 shows, he could has his own rebuttal show with some dude.
