The Macy’s employee brutally beaten inside a Michigan mall is requesting leniency for his attacker — who testified this week that his brother falsely claimed the store manager called him a racial slur.
Damire Palmer, 18, pleaded guilty Wednesday to the caught-on-video June 15 attack at the Flint store, local outlet WJRT-TV reported.

hether or not the Macy’s manager said the “word”, there is no justification for beating another person into a bloody mess. 10 years seems appropriate. AND a felony record.
When this worn out alibi was first reported it was an obvious lie. I’d bet 98 percent of all those who’ve used that defense were flat out lying.
