President Trump just addressed the NYPD Benevolent Association. I didn't see a thread about it, but the replay is available.
Trump - and Rudy - at their finest:

Tonight the scene at the presidents club just steps from the greens as he addresses NY police officers as their union endorses him. Watch pic.twitter.com/gPKZ8CHW8N— Kelly O'Donnell (@KellyO) August 14, 2020
Wouldn’t it be great if the Patrolmen’s Unions of all the biggest cities were to endorse the President!
I can’t believe Kelly O’Donnell posted that.
Comments are snarky “That’s Trump’s army,” etc.
If they do not, after all that happened this year, shame on them.
I think this is the first time they have ever endorsed a President am I right? It was great seeing President Trump..I know today has been tough for him, seeing his brother who is ill, praying that Robert will be OK
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
Going up the East River Drive, and fast. THANK YOU NYPD! On November 3rd were bringing you back! #LESM #MAGA

They endorsed Trump.
From what I heard in the feed, at least two of them stated that this is the first time they’ve endorsed a presidential candidate.
That was great! I hope the presidents people remembered to take the statue.
God bless them.
I think i heard the president assure them that the statue would have a place in the Oval Office.
They remained neutral in 2016...such a great endorsement. Maybe we really can #TurnNYRed!
Wow!
The President needs to do more of this kind of thing - and I’m sure that he will. He’s been on a roll over the past week.
It was like a mini rally!
