Arrested for reporting a criminal activity 'allegedly stealing gov't documents

Sounds like someone (whistleblower) gave her documents proving some crime in DC. I think there is a law that protects reporters, something like this happen during Watergate.

Burglary, as I understand it, must necessarily include the act of physically breaking and entering plus theft. I don’t think you can be charged with burglary for downloading documents. I’m guessing the husband’s statement that it was burglary was not accurate.
