If you have to ask that then maybe you aren’t the one to be suing :-) you can take a company to small claims court if they do substantial business in your area.
And have a valid reason. You would lose.
Not sure about Twitter, but having the knowledge on how to sue a large company without an attorney has worked out well for me on several occasions.
It will cost them at least $10k just to get an attorney to show up. Mention how you will bury them with demands for discovery, and they will settle real quick for the damag E s they owe you.
Twitter definitely does business in my area. The time I waste every day checking each person I follow (hundreds of hours per year) are my damages. ONLY conservatives are shadow banned, only conservatives time is wasted in this manner. If Twitter ignores it, Ill be awarded judgement and court costs. If Twitter does respond by going to court and wins, Im out filing fees but @Jack has to send a lawyer to rural Kentucky. That would be the ultimate victory for me. What effect would it have on Twitter to find 5000 small claims suits against them that must be defended. We could just wait for the DOJ to force Twitter to stop screwing conservatives.
