Ugh. I looked at the video, and the botched face photo seemed preferable.
I guess, to me...it is the beauty under that skin, and that is lacking. If that isn’t there, I just can’t see it in the physical manifestation.

In the video her eyelids are spacious and smoothed, her eyebrows look raised and her bags removed. Also, wasn’t Congress on vacation for the 4th of July, time for her to be out of sight for a couple of weeks? I wonder if there are photos of her out and about.
The other photo is not altered, it’s just a bad photo right after her procedure. And I do see a difference in the youtube video you shared; now, she looks much more like a tranny.
Half her jaw is larger than the other half, making the whole face look unbalanced. The cheeks are also not symmetrical. The neck lines are still present, which was the part that really needed to be fixed.
The “after” picture in the OP is definitely fake.
Still looks pretty bad. Agree with others that the neck looks unusually wrinkled. Thyroid problem? Whoever was her plastic surgeon is not very good.
