I was taking methotrexate, but was off of it when I had the stroke. It was probably the DFAC chow in Afghanistan that did me in! LOL
I haven’t seen much improvement, and my doc keeps pushing the biologics. Really, I’m doing pretty well, considering I’m still working after five years. I don’t figure I’m that bad, but some days I wonder!
I was taking enbrel for years and it was working... My doctor switched me to humira, and 9 months later, stroke... Then a pe..... once off the humira, not a problem... Biologics work, just be careful with them
