There are some truly stupid people in America and they seem to gravitate to democrat politics. This rep is a good example.
Stupid people don’t learn from past mistakes or successes because they erase history whether it be virtually or in reality. The end result is the same.
Crazy people do this which is why they repeat the same mistakes over and over expecting a different outcome. Stupid is as stupid does and this kind of stupid does stupid a LOT.

Yeah, they probably simply "threw" that in, thinking that it would "widen their base," but never expecting anyone to actually "call" them on it.
I suppose that one could argue that the school curriculum doesn't explicitly emphasize that some of those Nobel Prize winners are Jews - so is the State Representative perhaps advocating that the school textbooks include a big yellow star next to every mention of an outstanding Jewish scientist?

Probably the opposite—he picked up history books because he taught high school history for a time...Scary thought—I suspect he provided his own spin on any history lessons he was preparing...
After they abolish history they will abolish criminal records. Then there will be no accountability and they will do anything.
The DemonKKKrats play lots of Identity Politics. The result is people elect people based upon their sexual identity, color of skin and gender. That does not consider their fitness for office. It sounds like to me that some people are too damn stupid to learn history so they are finding excuses so they don’t have to.
These people need to learn to read and comprehend our nations language.
It is possible to overlook Jewish contributions - that depends on how the history books are framed.
I don’t know how il kids are taught history, but it should still be taught.
There were plenty of black and jewish contributors to the history of civilization, warfare, science, technology, culture. Ditto for women.
For LGBTQ - some may have been gay but that was not what defined them.
That would imply some modicum of gratitude was owed to some White people.
