My opinion - Dr. Jill wants to be First Lady sooooooo bad that she’s the one pushing him up there every day, telling him “You can do this, Joey.”
She was soooo close to First Ladyship, but ended up being second fiddle to a First Ladyman.

The only other person, concerning First Ladies, that we have had, and IMHO only, is Jackie O and Melania...
You have to be a ‘Lady’ first and foremost before being anything else in life, which is a gene that is born in you...trust me, I have throughout my life tried being a ‘Lady’ forget that crap, at 76 if I'm not going to be one, there is a lost cause here...
Jackie O was amazing...course you have to like the person before you think she is amazing and I loved her...gracious, classy, her voice, while she was Our First Lady I thought people showed up to see Mr. Kennedy as a lot of people call him, and she helped him on his way to the White House...
Now we are graced with another First Lady...glamor, classy, graceful, doesn't matter what she wears, she is gorgeous, and here again people show up to see Mr. Trump...
To see her walk in high heels that are as tall as Trump Tower and not fall over is something I will never pass, believe me I have tried...and dresses, well you can't play in sandboxes, ride a Harley and drive a Semi and be expected to look like you just walked out of a Beauty Salon...
Dr. Jill just doesn't have it...her voice, her phony smile, her all around being...she's no better than you or I and trying to be someone she's not...
