Does anyone believe Joe Scarborough has the best interests of the Republican party at heart? This is a guy who quit the party in 2017. And while he claims to still be a "conservative," how often do you hear him criticize liberal policies or politicians? Just this morning, he was lauding Barack Obama's partisan attack in the guise of a "eulogy" at the John Lewis funeral as "extraordinarily appropriate and moving."
So Scarborough's advice to Republicans should be taken with a grain of salt the size of Mt. Rushmore. But for those who might conceivably care what he had to say, on today's Morning Joe Scarborough instructed Republicans to head down to the White House and tell President Trump it's "time to go.
