Yes, elderberries are famous as a flu treatment. We have them growing wild all over our back yard. Unfortunately the birds always beat us to them. LOL

I bought a lot of Sambucus gummies and extract in December-enough for me, hubby, and all my kids and grand kids -just in case we needed it. I like the gummies-very tasty. They have the quercetin, zinc, and Vit. C.

I haven’t had the flu for over 10 years-ever since I started taking vitamin D3. However, better to have than have not when you need it. LOL
