Good but a little late for this procedural move to actually impact this election cycle.
I suppose the tech giants could hypothetically start to dial it back until the FCC makes it’s ruling. But they know if Trump loses they are free and clear so they will probably just double down now.
It depends...if we immediately see high profile enforcement of this EO, it may be a huge win in the eyes of voters...
