I don’t believe that account at all. From what I have read there have been multiple persons stating the driver in the car was fired upon.
Just internet speculation because there were two sets of shots fired. The car was fired upon, by someone with a handgun on the crowd. If the guy with the AK fired, it probably would have been more clear on the video.
Moot point, he pointed the gun at the driver and got what was coming to him.
See post 12. Even if the AK guy was a poor shot, even firing one shot at point blank range into the vehicle... Would have been quite effective.
Luckily for the victim he fired his weapon before the AK guy did.
