Sad story, that in America we have so many social pathologies, especially breakdown of the traditional nuclear family, that no lives matter anymore. The modern liberals gave us the welfare state, which resulted in family breakdown, which ramped up crime within communities of poor people, which resulted in BLM.
The only way to stop this is to restore the family.

And how about the police need to do their job and arrest these rioters. But of course, they will not because local and state governments support these rioters and want confrontations like this one to happen so they can leverage it for votes.

The person in the car never (according to news reports) threatened the person who fired the second shots. Therefore he should be charged with attempted murder and endangerment
