I’m in Texas, and I think he’s going to be disappointed it’s not THAT different. (I mean depending on where in Texas) DFW and Houston are huuge and some would say overcrowded because I’ve had similar thoughts
What he wants is like Kansas or Nebraska, South Dakota Idaho or one of those big empty states
Like Montana.
I have driven in all but a few of the lower 48 states including Manhattan which is mostly a simple grid, which was not a big deal to me. I have been all over Texas - everywhere - and the traffic in Dallas is the only place I have felt intimidated driving including Los Angeles and Manhattan.
I think his buddy Alex Jones lives in Austin.
