I have driven in all but a few of the lower 48 states including Manhattan which is mostly a simple grid, which was not a big deal to me. I have been all over Texas - everywhere - and the traffic in Dallas is the only place I have felt intimidated driving including Los Angeles and Manhattan.

10 years ago I would have agreed regarding Manhattan, but now you have all these dicks on motorized bicycles cutting all over the roads - I nearly mowed one down a few years ago, but I missed, dammit.
