I anticipate that they'll be shown to have merely squeezed the balloon, as the users who used to buy on Monument Street take their business elsewhere.

I knew the Monument Street area fairly well. At one time is was essentially a part of Highlandtown area, largely poor white working class area. Heading west it turned into a black area and you know the story re this article.

Honest blacks in that area don’t stand a chance of a safe, decent life with drug gangs like these.
