Giant is refusing to apply for the $3/ hour pandemic pay boost from the state of PA.
Their (lame) excuse is it wouldn’t be “fair” to employees in other states.
There’s nothing lame about Giant’s rationale there. When you run a business with locations in multiple states, life gets a bit more complicated.
