heres the fact about jillian michaels

the people who have turned on her

they never liked her for being a trainer - thats obvious now

they liked her because she was a lesbian

if they liked her as a trainer they wouldnt hate her over what she said, she’s spent years getting obese people into shape and they never turned on her

now they do from faux shock after she verbalizes what she’s practiced on the biggest loser...

so fatty trumps lesbian now it appears

well to the left

all morals are relative

and

to the left, rhen, tolerance is the biggest virtue

for regular people we know tolerance isn’t a virtue at all

I am 58 years old.

My resting heart rate hovers around 50 PBM. During the day, including when exercising, my heart rate rarely goes above 110. My cardiologist is impressed.

My BP is 110/70

My A1C is about 5.8 - could be better.

My cholesterol numbers are all great.

I can bench 200 on a good day. Touching my toes is no problem. I run up my stairs.

I also weigh 290 at 6 feet tall, morbidly obese if you subscribe to such things.

My typical day of eating is a slice of rye toast for breakfast with a tablespoon of “organic” (no sugar) peanut butter. If I eat lunch, which I do maybe three days a week, I eat whatever burger is available at the place the office is getting lunch - a McDouble if McDonalds, a Whopper Jr. if BK, a classic chicken sandwich if Chick-fil-a, a single with cheese if going to Wendy’s. Those are all 400 to 600 calories. I don’t get fries and I drink water. Dinner rarely goes to 1000 calories. After tracking my caloric consumption it turns out I average 1400 calories a day.

I (finally) have a doctor who recognizes that this isn’t normal. I absolutely have a metabolic issue, but am otherwise healthy. When the coronavirus has run it’s course I am supposed to go through screening.

All that to say - don’t be so quick to fat shame. Have some compassion, not every overweight person stuffs their face.
