Who knows if she will even get a fine, and the chances of the neighbor getting paid back for the damage she did to his cage are zero.

In college we used to go swimming in motel pools until we were chased off. We were always clad in swimsuits however.
Some years back at a demonstration out on the Left Coast West there were nudist hanging around in trees from some wacky reason.
At the time (and until today) I pondered why nudist were often the sort you wished they’d just keep their clothes on rather than folks you might want to see in the buff?
That’s not saying anything against this girl, though, just speaking generally.
Before I even clicked, I just KNEW this woman was NOT THE TYPE OF WOMAN YOU WANT TO SEE SKINNY DIPPING.....................
Looks like she must have gone to bed with her hair still wet after the unauthorized skinny dip.
I’m reminded of Andrew Dice Clay describing his method of enticing a larger woman :
“I’ve got fuuudge!”
Of course, if more uggos or dudes show up - raise the drawbridge and lock the gate.
If I get a house with a pool, I’m going to need to put a picture of Catherine Zeta-Jones on the wall that says “YOU MUST LOOK THIS HOT TO SKINNY DIP”.
