Well, now I guess he runs into the 233-strike law. Oh, no. He "only" has 15 convictions and two stints in prison.
Seriously though, how does he have 233 felony charges and only 15 convictions? Activist judges? This needs to be looked at.

He was arrested...but not charged...for all of those arrests.
