There are three unusual things in the EE statement (in bold):

The Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute is dedicated to the belief that all lives have equal value. We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees thrive both personally and professionally. We also believe our employees should reflect the rich diversity of the global populations we aim to serve—in race, gender, age, cultures and beliefs—and we support this diversity through all of our employment practices.

All applicants and employees who are drawn to serve the mission of the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute will enjoy equality of opportunity and fair treatment without regard to:
* Race
* Color
* Age
* Religion
* Pregnancy
* Sex
* Sexual Orientation
* Disability
* Gender Identity
* Gender Expression
* National Origin
* Genetic Information (WTF?)
* Veteran Status
* Marital Status
* Prior Protected Activity (huh?)

....but I guess you would not enjoy equality of opportunity and fair treatment without regard to political or philosophical beliefs....

These Foundations and NGOs are nothing more than marxist enclaves and nesting areas. They do nothing of value for the American people. They should be taxed and contributions should not be deductible. Tired of these “non profits” eroding the American nation.

“He/she will support...”

I think ‘they’ overlooked the obvious in this statement. What about the other 52 ‘genders?’

“Prior Protected Activity (huh?)”

Assuming this means background checks overlook your criminal record, because not doing so would be racist.

“Genetic Information” discrimination is the use of DNA tests to determine employment or its terms and conditions. There are laws against it.
