Three teens have been charged in the case. Tyreiel N. Brown, 19, faces two counts of aggravated battery in a public place. Chelsey A. Gordon, 19, faces the same charges. Both also will face charges of mob action by two or more people. A third person, a juvenile, also has been charged.

Just barely. I guess if they’d been 20 instead be of 19 it would have been “youths”.
I’m thinking don’t even bother trying to punish or rehabilitate these animals. Waste of time and resources. Drop them and bury them where they fall in unmarked graves. Black lives matter? All lives matter? I’m thinking these three animal’s lives don’t matter.
All black lives don’t matter to blacks.
They were probably upset about George Floyd.

You can understand then why Oprah took her educational programs to Africa when she found the inner city girls weren’t interested in using their brains nor ambition....which is the norm in their communities.
Well they’ve convinced me their culture is one of violence.
These gals likely learned this behavior at home.

Oprah tried...and gave up in the inner cities. Went to Africa where the girls there wanted to learn.
That’s why no matter how much revenue, programs etc. you hand out the precious few who take advantage actually would have made it anyway.

We’re well beyond “helping” already.....as said, you just by-pass the educational system and hand them their degree in prison.
Even when I read The Time Machine in High school, I had a problem with the characterization of the Morlocks. Yes, they were ugly. Not they were the producers. The Eloi were basically on welfare and ended up paying the price. I guess I’m more of a Morlock than an Eloi.
