The process of creating an insurgency and destabilizing a country was demonstrated numerous times in the Middle East.
The blueprint used is to get a police station to use as your command and control center. I have the feeling that Portland and Seattle are training and probing to prepare for what is to come.
Remember that the Soros creeps, use the aftermath of an election, mercenaries killing lots of people while dressed as government forces/LEOs. So I expect things to get way worse before it gets better.
