The point is, if Tucker had his producer or someone tell her to stick around, and she was still wearing a mic, every word said should have been heard by someone in the control room. After relaying the message who could resist the temptation to eavesdrop on what Tucker might have to say to her?
And thus there should be corroboration - find who was working, put them under oath and either confirm her claims or they just stand as a nothingburger bad pickup line. She’s just tacking her weak claim on to this suit where Eckhard would seem to have a stronger case in hopes of getting a settlement. Which may well happen.
