I somehow wound up on this other thread and saw your post. I’m sure they are brainstorming that scenario—and here’s a couple of ideas:
Weather wars— CIA or other USA colluded with Russian gangsters in Siberia to cause excessive rainfall and therefore flooding in China.
Now that the dam is in trouble and water is flooding at historic levels, another weather war weapon-earthquake—that dam will go BOOM.
They don’t need to flood Americans-just release their next bio weapon-which has been enhanced to be more effective than the WuHuFlu.
With active imagination any thing is possible. Ha.
