My first CO would at a minimum given Captain’s Mast/Office Hours of 1 pay grade, 45/45, and likely 3 days Bread & Water IF he didn’t decide a court-martial was warranted. Then if they had 2 other NJP within a year he would have had me admin separate her with an Other than Honorable Discharge (only CM can issue BCD/DD)

I would have gone with one pay grade, 45/45 and a strong recommendation against reenlistment for any reason.
