While you might wish that to be true, the game, set and match belongs to Trump.

We are not told about indictments. There are 10’s of thousands of sealed indictments which are well beyond the norm for the PACER system. Further, indictments don’t have to be entered into the PACER system. Indictments are typically sealed to protect the reputations of high profile persons which might remain damaged if they blew around the news cycle and that person was later cleared.

No doubt President Trump had to renew the FISA court because “FISA works both ways”. Trump has been using the FISA court to gather evidence against those collaborating to overthrow the government with help by foreign nations like China. Trump needs the FISA court to continue to act as he dismantles the Deep State. But, he is making sure the FISA court is clean. That’s what he means when he repeats the phrase, “This should never happen to another president”.
