There’s another video where one of the cops falls down. People on twitter are saying he hit his head or elbow, or is faking an injury.
The cops are not happy about this stupid assignment, and they’re walking around goofing, acting like they’re trying to stop her. The cop who falls is trying to keep from laughing.

I just took note in this 2nd video. Toward the end in addition to the lady chanting “Refund the Police” she also intersperses “Jesus Matters.” For myself, I think I’m placing that in my number 1 reply to the ubiquitous “blm.” I like “All Lives Matter” and “Baby Lives Matter” (keeps the acronym), but “Jesus Matters” is now my response.

That woman is my heroine. She has done some other demonstrations, I believe. In the comments below the video, someone identifies her as a street preacher who frequently targets Planned Parenthood.
