Is Jiangxi Jiujiang Yongxiu dam upstream of Three Gorges?

If so, could there be a domino effect from the sudden release of water upstream?

The almost funny part is "Chinese state media CCTV dismissed these concerns as being "hyped by some Western media,""

Do the images look like "hype"? I swear I can't tell whose propaganda is worse ours or China's (or is it all the same?)

Looks like it’s 500 km downstream from the 3 Gorges dam, so no, I wouldn’t think so.
