“Theres a huge vitamin D deficiency problem and studies showing a correlation between COVID 19 and vitamin D levels. It seems like a real problem to me but I dont know if its an issue strong enough to challenge the deep state nrrative.”

Vit D deficiency is a huge issue and problem. I have read a couple of Vit D books by this guy that Quackwatch labeled a quack, but interesting.. he’s ready so many medical articles, it makes my head spin. His name is Jeff T Bowles.
I am currently taking 10,000 iu of Vit D with Super K because of his book. I still have asthma problems, but not as bad and less arthritis pain. I haven’t used a fast acting inhaler since then, still the long acting one. Normally, I mean every year, I get pneumonia in June/July, without fail. And since I upped it a couple of years ago, I haven’t even had a cold or the flu.
Very good point on the Vit D!

Wow. That’s a great testimony. I hadn’t heard of Bowles. I read mercola.com. Dr. Mercola has also been labeled a quack by quackwatch. Mercola had an article about vitamin D and it’s coorilation to COVID 19 a couple of weeks ago.

It is always instructive to look back at the crumbs Q has dropped.
Within those discussion here, we sometimes head for slide that ever-so-slightly connects with the Q drop.
So, sometimes, it may be instructive to not so quickly dismiss the hive mind and where that takes us.
At first, a slide is just frivolity among members; a side conversation of interest to some.
Many, many Q-threads ago, we went on a tangent about health supplements.
What we take, why we take them and our experience of their benefits.
I believe the “slide” started with a concern about sleep.
We spoke of melatonin but the discussion finally came to Vitamin D and its sleep benefits.
Just about everyone remarked that sleep was better with sufficient amounts of Vit-D.
Some one chimed in (mairdie?) about how the body makes its own vitamin D...
...from sunshine and the best time to get said therapeutic rays was in the morning.
Morning sun brings heat.
August is traditionally a hot month.
Sunshine kills
We’ve come full circle and a “slide” wasn’t really a “slide” at all.
#hivemind
It’s real.
Ive read in several places over the last 5 years that much of the populations vitamin D deficiency is due to the overuse of both sunscreens and computer screens. I dont know if there have been any studies done on the subject, but 10-15 minutes a day of unprotected sunshine is recommended by the health community, even in the winter, to promote adequate vitamin D production. On days when we can get a sunburn in a continuous 15 minutes, it can be broken into three 5 minute periods.
Maybe posters with significant knowledge of natural remedies know more about this?
